Diablo Immortal received largely negative reviews upon release. But thanks to it players can now play Diablo on their mobile devices at any time. It is an improvement after all.
Diablo Immortal is not a canonical sequel. It combines elements from Diablo II and Diablo III. For example, Diablo Immortal has Runes from Diablo II and Legendary Gems from Diablo III. The art style of Diablo Immortal is copied from Diablo III. Players can see many familiar scenes and art materials in the game.
The classes in Diablo Immortal are also the same as in Diablo III. There are Barbarian, Wizard, Monk, Necromancer, Demon Hunter, and Crusader. Later, an original character, Blood Knight, was introduced. The gameplay is somewhat similar to Diablo III. But since it's a F2P mobile game, the gameplay features some changes to improve profits. For example, the best legendary gems are put into a Gacha system. Moreover, the game added some MMORPG elements such as a guild system. The guild was divided into two opposing camps to add some PVP gameplay to the game.
