This happens in the "delivering" status.

Buyer can apply to cancel order.



In this situation, seller should chat with buyer to figure out the cancel reason.

If buyer insist to cancel, seller should click "Fully refund", then the refund will be operated by u7buy in 1-2 days.

If buyer still want the order, seller should click "Declined", and order status will go back to "delivering".You need to send order fast.

If buyer keep silence and just request a cancellation, you should click  "Fully refund".



In some case, the order has been started and seller has finished part of the order. Seller need to chat with buyer, and a "partial refund" fuction is available. Click "Declined" to let order status go back to delivering, and then click "Cancel order", fill the amount you want to partial refund. Buyer can agree and disagree the partial refund.
