Sometimes we need to verify buyer for the risk control reason.

At that situation, you can't see the orders in "seller orders" page,

but you can see the new order notice in chat.


Dont worry, that's not a bug. That's because we are verifying buyer.

You will see the order in "seller orders" once the verification approved.



Short to say, you can only send the order which you can see in "seller orders" page.

If you send the order while it's not in "seller orders" page, we won't pay for that order.
