Unless the offer says otherwise, all accounts for sale are LEGACY E-mail login. They have unregistred emails and can easily be added to your current Jagex Launcher or logged in directly through the email/password provided no Launcher necesary. Unregistered email accounts cannot change passwords or modify account settings until an email has been registered.
