Welcome to CheapBoosts4U League of Legends Boosting Service. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Definitions

• Service: The League of Legends boosting services provided by CheapBoosts4U
• Client: The individual or entity purchasing the boosting services.
• Booster: A skilled player contracted by CheapBoosts4U to perform the boosting service.
• Account: The League of Legends account owned by the Client to which the boosting service will be applied.

Services Offered

• ELO Boosting: Raising the rank of the Client’s account in ranked matches.

Account Security

1. Confidentiality: We prioritize the security of your account. All account information provided to us will be kept confidential.
2. Password Protection: Clients are advised to change their passwords before and after the boosting service.
3. No Unauthorized Access: Boosters are prohibited from accessing accounts without proper authorization and for any purposes other than providing the boosting service.

Client Responsibilities

1. Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete account information.
2. Rule Adherence: Clients must comply with Riot Games' terms of service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Riot Games against your account as a result of using our services.
3. No Interference: Clients must not log into their account or interfere with the boosting process until the service is completed.

Service Delivery

1. Timeline: Service delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the boost and other factors.
2. Completion: Once the boost is completed, the Client will be notified, and they should change their account password immediately.

Payment and Refunds

1. Payment Terms: Full payment must be made before the boosting service begins.
2. Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued at our discretion. No refunds will be given once the service has commenced, except in cases where we cannot complete the service.

Liability

1. Service Interruptions: We are not responsible for any interruptions to the service caused by third-party actions, such as Riot Games' maintenance or bans.
2. Account Penalties: We are not liable for any penalties or bans imposed on your account by Riot Games due to the use of our boosting service.
3. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the boosting service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the service at any time if the Client breaches any of these terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
